Operation, Fees, Prices, Reservations

  • The property is only rented for whole weeks (Sat - Sat).
  • Bed linen and towels are included (1 large towel and 1 small towel per person).
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the log cabin.

Fees

  • Final cleaning: 2,500 CZK
  • Dog fee: 1,500 CZK (dog allowed by prior arrangement with the owner).

Reservations

  • A deposit of 50% of the price must be paid within a week of making the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
  • Free cancellation up to two months before arrival - deposit will be refunded.
  • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival - deposit will not be refunded.
  • The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival - failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • No cancellations are possible after the full payment has been made.
  • The price is final and includes utilities and tourist tax. No security deposit is required.
